Artistic position

Between control and intuition.

I do not begin with a motif. I build an image architecture from structure, mirroring, layering, rhythm and transformation.

My work connects screen design, media design, abstract painting and spatial thinking. Colour follows structure until both develop a presence of their own.

The works prescribe no meaning. They open another perspective on what we see — and on what may remain beyond our perception.

What if our senses reveal only a fragment of reality?
Biography & origins

My interest in digital design began at the age of twelve. Through self-taught image-making, screen design and professional media-design training, I developed a precise command of digital tools.

Abstract acrylic painting followed during the pandemic. Colour, layering and movement became the bridge between analogue gesture and digital composition.

Several years of exploring how to translate that experience into digital form led to an independent visual language — and to MIVAWO.
